    • Guidelines
      These bursaries are for one or more boys and girls with a proved close affiliation with the Uniting Church in Australia within the Bright and Beechworth areas, in accordance with the following conditions and rules:

      • the bursaries to be used to assist holders to obtain a better education than would otherwise be available to them;
      • in making any award, consideration be given to the record of the candidate at school, the prospect of educational benefit to the candidate by award and the financial position of the parents or guardians of the candidate.

      Conditions

      • Grants are made for a period of one year only;
      • available for children attending church or state schools;
      • the value of the bursary may be dependent on the number of applications received.
