The current agreement applies to lay staff employed by the Synod at any of the following sites:
- 130 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne
- Centre for Theology and Ministry, Parkville
- Synod Tasmania, Launceston
- Bethel, Balwyn North
- UAICC Tasmania, Glenorchy
