Newsletters Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using our services, website, and resources. They explain your rights and responsibilities, as well as ours, to ensure a safe and fair experience. You can read them online or download a PDF copy for your reference.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Uniting Church in Australia (Synod of Victoria & Tasmania) and The Uniting Church in Australia Property Trust (Victoria).

Unsubscribe/Opt-out

You may unsubscribe from any of our newsletters at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link provided in each email or by contacting us directly at communications@victas.uca.org.au. Once you have unsubscribed, you will no longer receive the relevant newsletter.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
