Sometimes we assume everyone knows they’re welcome.

The reality is that many families are simply waiting for someone to personally invite them.

An invitation says, “We thought of you.” That simple act can be the difference between someone wondering if they belong and discovering a community where they do.

Reflect together
When was the last time your team intentionally invited a new family?
Do your regular families know they’re your best ambassadors?
Are invitations personal or only posted online?
Who in your neighborhood might be looking for connection?
What barriers might keep someone from saying yes?
