Dr Deidre Palmer addresses members of the Uniting Church about the decision to hold two equal and distinct views on marriage.
This decision, supported by a significant majority of members of the Church’s national Council, will allow ministers and authorised celebrants in the Uniting Church the freedom to conduct or the freedom to refuse to conduct same-gender marriages.
