You are invited to a gathering of Presbytery Ministers from across the Synod of Victoria and Tasmania at the Yarra Valley Estate (https://www.yarravalleyestate.com.au/) on Thursday 13 and Friday 14 July, 2023.
This is a time of listening, reflecting, collaborating and acting together as leaders who have common and diverse opportunities and challenges. Learning our diverse contexts and sharing our stories, we will encourage each other in our ministry of deepening the mission of Christ in our contexts. Opportunities will be available to deepen relationships and connections, clarify common challenges and opportunities, and begin work on some ‘next steps’.
We will engage together in:
- Work streams (with the varied role descriptions, how can collegial networks for Pastoral Care, Administration, Education or Mission still work?)
- Triads (a time for getting to know two others more deeply)
- Open Space Technology (an opportunity to explore a specific area/s of shared interest, resource to co-create, or challenges we would like to explore with others)
Onsite costs (accommodation & food) will be covered by eLM. A draft program is attached, and updates will be sent to all registrants.
