ReligionProf has landed

Before we get into the conversations, it would be good to take a moment and take a deep dive in getting to know Religion Prof.

ReligionProf, also known as Dr James F. McGrath is the Professor in New Testament Language and Literature at Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA.

He has written a number of books, including ‘Theology and Science Fiction’, and ‘The Burial of Jesus’ (a full list of his books can be found here), and also shares a theological blog.

Across the last couple of weeks, James found himself fully submerged into the Sonderverse realm at two gatherings. These gatherings were hosted on the Sonderverse twitch channel, and are available for you to watch and catch up on the amazing conversations you missed.

Conversation one saw Odd Rev, Rev Will Nicholas, hosting a panel chatting about speculative theology, and all things science fiction/fantasy and theology. Alongside OddRev and ReligionProf, we can hear from RevDocGeek, Rev Dr Avril Hannah-Jones, and Verg, Professor John Flett.  A must-see and can be found here.

Conversation two took place on Sonderverse’s Monday night program, OddSonder. With the OddSonder community chatting away in the comment section, hosts OddRev and PastoralHare, Kelly N S Woods, were joined by ReligionProf. You have until August 5 to catch up on this OddSonder episode.
