- Assistance with onboarding, such as Criminal History Checks and required employment paperwork
Employment
People and Culture can assist you in complying with employment obligations such as
- Payment of minimum wages in alignment with a Modern Award or Agreement
- Provision of a position description and employment terms and conditions
- Keeping employment records
- Complying with the Fair Work Act

Paying employees
Central Accounting and Payroll Services acts as a Payroll Bureau on behalf of presbyteries, congregations and agencies, on a fee per employee basis.

Fair Work information statement
Employers must provide every new employee a copy of the relevant Fair Work Information Statements as a part of their new employee paperwork:
Fair Work: Information statement (for all new employees)
Fair Work: Information statement for casuals (for new casual staff)
Fair Work: Information statement for fixed term contracts (for staff who are on a limited fixed term tenure)
